rename(scgl): 将开工状态字段统一重命名为状态

- 将 dataIndex 从 kgzt 更新为 zt
- 将标题从 开工状态 更新为 状态
- 将字段标签从 开工状态 更新为 状态
- 统一字段标识符命名规范
